Mr. Bradley has an advanced degree in taxation and practices in the areas of tax, business organizations and commercial transactions, and estate planning.  He has participated in a wide range of litigation and transactional matters, including drafting private letter rulings, appealing decisions of the U.S. Tax Court, and organizing legal entities. 

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Bradley practiced in Washington D.C. where he worked on a number of tax-related issues.  During law school, Mr. Bradley interned with various firms in California, including the General Counsel of the Sacramento Kings/Arco Arena LLC.
