
Mr. Burns practices primarily in the field of civil litigation, representing clients in civil court and administrative proceedings. He is experienced in labor and employment law, including wage and hour, civil rights, and wrongful termination matters. Mr. Burns also represents clients in matters involving the California Department of Motor Vehicles. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Burns interned at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the National Labor Relations Board, and the Santa Clara County District Attorney's Office.
