Mr. Arnold focuses on delivering tailored legal solutions to meet the needs of his business clients. He has extensive experience across a broad spectrum of corporate, commercial, and real estate matters, including entity formation, corporate governance, executive compensation and other employment matters, buying, selling, and combining businesses and other investments, supply contracts and distributorships, secured and unsecured financings, licensing and other intellectual property matters, and buying, selling, and leasing real estate.

Mr. Arnold has represented clients in a wide range of industries, including investment services, health care, technology, agriculture, manufacturing, construction and real estate development, retail, government contracting, and water distribution. Mr. Arnold has also represented several non-profit corporations. Mr. Arnold provides ongoing advice to a number of corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, and individuals based in and outside of the Monterey Peninsula area. Prior to his legal career Mr. Arnold was a banking executive.
